Ifyou are using Content Manager there is a setting under Settings>Assetto Corsa> Controls> Input method: Wheel which is a box "Use H-Shifter" Is this checked ? If yes uncheck it. AC sets the gearbox to the actual car, so if the car has paddle shifter, only paddle shifter inputs will work, vice versa on a h-pattern gear box, only inputs into

Ifi re-map the wheel in assetto corsa it starts working again from the main EXE, but the second I try launching from Content Manager it breaks again. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. I would really like to use content manager, but the configuration breaking is a deal breaker.
soI recently purchased Assetto Corsa to try and get to know the game a little, and so far everything works fine - until the moment I head to the track. But try it in wheel/custom, and assign there the axis and buttons for your ps3 gamepad. Upvote 1 Downvote. Matthew327. Matthew327; Nov 24, 2015 #5
Keepthe wheel at 900° inside the Thrustmaster Control Panel. In ASSETTO CORSA (in Options/Controls) set "degrees of rotation" at 900° for the Steering. In Options/View, turn off "Lock virtual steering wheel", "Hide virtual steering wheel" & "Vitural steering rotation limit". When done everything will be ok and automaticaly adjusted. SenatorVest.
